Absa vehicle finance

Absa Vehicle Finance is continuing to disappoint. First I had to fight for over a year just to receive statements on my vehicle finance. Once I finally started receiving my statements, Absa captured my ID number incorrectly and I can't open my statements. Every single email from them is a one-liner, mundane instruction. They take a week to respond to an email and then the response asks some mundane question, causing further delays. Next time, some new consultant responds with another question instead of just reading the email thread associated with the case number. I can't even move my vehicle finance because I can't access anything regarding my current vehicle finance because they captured my information incorrectly and refuse to correct it.
