ABSA Vehicle Finanace. Terrible Service!!!

<p>I have Vehicle finance with ABSA and I am completely and utterly disgusted in ABSA and ABSA Vehicle finance. At their own accorred ABSA vehicle finance has thought it is ok to just add me to heir vehicle insurance and deduct funds of R522.00 from my account without my authorization?</p> <p> </p> <p>According to the woman I spoke to on the telephone from ABSA Vehicle Finance they sent me an email and if I did not respond the email they would automatically add me to the insurance. This is BS, If i did not Authorise ABSA Vehicle Finance to add me to any extra services and deduct funds from my account in writting then this is ***** and theft.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have no recollection of receiving any kind of email, and if i did i would of dismissed this email without reading it, as I already have my own insurance wth Miway. ABSA didnt even bother to follow up with a phone call or sending me an agreement to sign.</p> <p> </p> <p>These deductions commenced for the last 3 months and only came to my attention this morning. In total ABSA Vehicle Finance has ****** over R1500.00 out of my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am terribly dissapointed in ABSA and their vehicle finance department. I will never ever do any other business with their establishment or recomend that anyone else utilizes their services.</p>
