ABSA vehicle department pathetic service for 10 months

Absolutely appalled by ABSA vehicle finance department , I have not received assistance over the last 10 months from your legal /recoveries team.

I requested a settlement quotation and requested for the vehicle to be repossessed due to financial issues. The vehicle was sold for R10 000 more than the settlement quotation given. I have been requesting a paid up latter for over 10 months now and nothing has been given to till to date.

Every time I call in I get sent from post to pillar and given a dozen numbers to call which never go through and none of my calls ever returned. 10 MONTHS??? Every agent I speak to refers me to the legal team who are NEVER at work.

I have now received a letter from ABSA saying I owe them R2 756.71??? I have called to get clarity of the outstanding balance but absolutely no one can assist me at ASBA.

I will never recommend anyone make use of any ABSA service ever again. I want my paid up letter and the money you owe me back.
