Absa Bank Complaint - Failure to Adhere to Court Order in Debt Review

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding Absa Bank's handling of my debt review matter. Despite a court order granted in 2024 instructing all creditors, including Absa, to work according to the acceptance letters granted at the beginning of my debt review (which began in 2019), the vehicle department of Absa Bank has ignored communications from me via email and phone.

This failure to adhere to a court order is unacceptable and has caused significant issues with the resolution of my debt review. I have been attempting to resolve this matter amicably since the court order was granted, but Absa's lack of compliance has hindered progress.
