ABSA Vehicle Deceased Account Department Exploiting Deceased surviving Spouse.

I have lost my husband in August last year and was then appointed as an executor for his estate.He had a vehicle financed by Absa and was still paying for this vehicle upon his passing. i have made several attempts to Absa to contact me so they can tell me the way forward with regards and no one is willing to help. i have all the paperwork to Amanda Simms as required and she then forwarded my query to the lady by the name of Angie Dintwe and they just not calling me back.my worry is the arrears per statement sent to my late husband gmail they accumulating. i don't know what to do now.please help me Peter.
