Absa Vehicle cloning *****

I am having a huge problem at the moment. I am extremely dissapointed at the service I recieved today from Absa as a client of 5 years it is SHOCKING! My car is currently financed with Absa bank. I just found out that my car has been transferred out of Absa to someone in Krugersdorp. My car is still under finance! I found this out because I was trying to purchase my licence disk. MY CAR WAS TRANSFERRED OUT OF ABSA NAME AND ONTO ANOTHER PERSON AS TITLE HOLDER AND OWNER HOWEVER I AM STILL PAYING FOR MY CAR! IT IS STILL UNDER FINANCE. THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE.

I then contact Absa Vehicle finance. I explained my situation to her on the phone her name is Kea that is all she was willing to give mr no Surname..

I was then asked to contact Rodney Swarts. I DID NOT EVEN GET A CALL I GET THE FOLLOWING EMAIL.

( HOW AND WHY IS IT MY DUTY TO DO ALL ABSA'S DIRTY WORK WHEN THIS IS AN INTERNAL ***** ISSUE AND THEY SHOULD BE SORTING THIS OUT. THE DOCUMENTS LEFT THEIR HANDS. IT'S UTTERLY SHOCKING THAT I DID NOT GET A CALL I GET THE EMAIL BELOW LIKE THIS IS NOT SOMETHING SERIOUS!!!! I AM A FULL TIME WORKING PERSON IS THIS NOT THE JOB OF ABSA TO CORRECT WND NOT MINE SINCE ***** CLEARLY HAPPENED INTERNALLY UNDER THEIR NOSE!!!

It seems like your vehicle had been clone, which means the syndicates used your vehicle details and then app**** for documents **********ly at the licensing department and then remove the vehicle from Absa`s name as title holder and client as owner

We require you to take your vehicle with a copy of the registration certificate and copy of your contract to the SAP(VEHICLE BRANCH) where they work with vehicles only not the the normal policae station.

They will open a docket and supply you with the following documents, that would need to submit the request to the department of transport

AFFADAVIT FROM CLIENT

PHOTOS OF THE VEHICLE

COPY OF CLIENTS ID

Once you have all these vehicle please do not hesitate to contact me, I will arrange for these documents to be collected from you
