Absa Vehicle & Asset Finance Trade Centre, their vehicle financing department are ****** and unhelpful and unresponsive and dodging people, after almost 2 year after I have written my car off and having a battle with the insurance about my credit shortfall and non stop calling and trying to sort out the money I owe, they never stopped my account and let it run up, and now after finally getting assisted to arrange payment from an agent on ***, which admitted to the fault being from their side and told me that my outstanding amount is R6000 and she will send me the necessary docs it shot up to over R9k and then to over R10k, which is unacceptable and now the lady is avoiding me, I tried to get them to go and listen to the recording and now everyone is dodging me, and causing the money outstanding to probably climb higher which I will not pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As I am typing this I am on hold for 11mins and counting, I cannot run after people whom have made a mistake and battle to get the right info and sort it out? While I owe thousands and my name gets dragged through the mud???!
