ABSA Vehicle & Asset Finance - Refiloe Makatu

ABSA Vehicle and Asset Finance. I would like to log a complaint of how rude Refiloe Makatu is from this side of ABSA. I have an arrangement in place with ABSA Vehicle and Asset finance and will not have her call me and threaten me that I ended up calling ABSA back to complain about her and go over my account with them. I am in constant contact with ABSA and they are fully aware of my situation and I am paying my account as agreed. I don’t find her call acceptable and I even informed her I’m in constant contact and she wasn’t having any of it. I will be blocking her number as I never want to speak to that rude women again in my life. ABSA Vehicle and Asset Finance have been amazing towards me during this difficult time but staff like her Refiloe Makatu doesnt make my situation any easier as I didn’t ask to be here where I am now.
