ABSA vehicle & asset finance debiting from my account twice in a day and the account is paid in full

i have a company account with absa company name is SO SOFT TRADING CC on 17/08/2017 i phone absa vehicle & asset finance department and ask for a full and a final payment for the truck that was fineness by ABSA VF so i paid on the same day they gave me the final payment following week i did a follow up on if the recived the paymen thay said yes and then on the 1/09/2017 ABSA VF debited from my account twice and i kept on calling them for an answer and they had no answer for me why did they debit twice and until today 18/09/2017 i still havent got m money back and no reason why they debited twice when they not suppose to debit at all the refrence no . ********** 0 , ref no, ********** 8 , ref no, ********** 5 and my account number at ABSA VF is ********** 6826 , if i didnot check my statement i would have not known i would like you to take serious action against them and i have many more problem with absa bussiness banking .
