ABSA vehicle asset finance

Received a message and call from ABSA vehicle asset finance telling me I was in arrears on my account . Only to find out they tried to debit me a few days before the due date . Their excuse , it fell on a Sunday , so instead of debiting the next day they decide to try a few days prior. Problem is I only transfer funds to the nominated account every payday . Now I have a returned payment on my account name .

Tried calling their management to complain and take it further , got put through from person to person and on hold forever . Eventually gave up .

I’m now going to reapply at another bank as this behavior is totally unacceptable. Done with them .
