ABSA Vehicle and Finance

i have been sending emails from the beginning of the month to change my banking details and debit date and the only thing that was confirmed it was changed was debit date, now you going to debit an account that I dont use and is going to charge me, i was called on the 18th and the lady said she was going to forward me and email so i can forward it to her but no email received (this number called me ***) and yesterday i called and went through the same thing the lady I spoke to gave me her email address ( ***ca) but I have not received confirmation that it has been done.

I hate this so much because i same not those people that would come o platforms like this but now I am forts to.
