I would give AVAF a zero rating should I be given the chance.

The AVAF team has been messing up my account since 2014! Now they're attempting to charge me for an additional two year's on my vehicle.

I do not receive statements anymore, and when I try to call them, there is never a response. This is ridiculous. I cannot stop my debit order, because I cannot let the vehicle get repossessed. What else can I do to get the attention of these people?

Quit robbing people. And perhaps employ people who are knowledgeable in your business!!!
