Absa vehicle and asset finance is a ****!!!
On the 5th of Sept 2023 I received a settlement for my vehicle for R13,542.74. This amount was then paid within the stipulated time however I get calls daily from m the collections department saying I am in arrears of R1200. This morning I received a car from someone in Collections saying there is no reflection of my payment (however the receipt of it was previously confirmed) The lady that I spoke to also said that my settlement on the car is R17000. What **** are you guys running? For such a big bank you are surely messing up royally.The team leaders and managers are never available to answer calls
