Absa Vehicle and Asset Finance committing *****

ABSA vehicle finance is attempting to add unauthorized debit order to my account as part of my vehicle financing payment.

I have had my car financed by ABSA for the past 5 years and was requested to provide proof of vehicle insurance. I have sent proof on multiple occasions (18 April 2023, 25 April 2023 and 5 May 2023) and yet again today received a letter indicating the deduction will be made on the 25th of this month for an additional R1,018.38 (although R1,350.00 was loaded on my debit order without my approval). On 5 May 2023 I also spoke to a lady named Valne Flemmer who promised to assist - but I have received no response from her either.

This deduction is NOT APPROVED and NOT AUTHORIZED. This amount was not included in my contract with ABSA VF and has been *******ly added to my debit order list. Any deduction in this regard constitutes *****.
