Absa Vehicle and Asset finance Bad service.

I bought a 2.0 biturbo Amarok in 2017, with the residual of R 173,215.00. It was financed by ABSA and the term was 72 months to repay. During COVID I took payment holiday for 6 months. Automatically the months were added onto my payment period as part of the agreement. My repayment term then changed to 78 months. On the 27 November 2023 I received a Notification of expiry letter from Absa stating that our term agreement (78months) is ending on the 15th February 2024. So I had until the 15 February 2024 to pay the Balloon payment. On the 26 January 2024 I paid R 173, 215 balloon payment to Absa and I phoned to them to close my account. I made over 4 Phones calls speaking to different calls centre agents and there were saying it had been escalated. On the 06 February 2024 I received a Notification of change latter from Absa saying that I owe them R R5119.93 and it will be divided into 2 months. According to the letter R 2,172.28 will be deducted in February and last March 2024. My issue here is that I'm now charged extra money, even after I paid the last installment as per my contact with Absa. They added extra one month to my contract and it makes it 79 months now. I never defaulted on my monthly installments. I feel like now Absa is trying to cheat me though I've been loyal to them for over 6 six years. I'm not happy with the service I'm receiving from them. I need this matter to be resolved. I want NO money to deducted from my bank account. I need my account to be closed as per agreement.
