Absa Vehicle Account (AVAF)

I am aware that my Absa Vehicle finance (AVAF) account is in arrears and would like to find out how far the legal process is at this point. The reason for the enquiry is I have been approached for a forensic investigation to be done on my AVAF account in respect of calculations and other related issues.
