Absa vehicle.

This is for absa vehicle finence. I have been in areas and absa Called to say that they ware coming in to take my car... of which my areas ware 13000. I came up with that amount in 2 days and paid it up. Come month end they double deduct on the car installment saying it’s for the areas that I have already paid up! I go to enquirer at the bank they say the amount in question doesn’t reflect??? But how coz it’s the same company... I call the risk manager to inform him he says he will reverse the money till to date no money is reflecting in my account. They ware so quick to want to take my car and now are slow in refunding me from double debits. I’m soo annoyed Becouse they are making me do the run arounds.... Absa is a very bad bank.
