Absa Vehicle

I fully paid my vehicle finance account almost two months ago, still haven't received the NATIS from Absa. Every email I send has a 5 business-day waiting period. Still, I have to pay insurance on this vehicle while I wait for Absa, who doesn't want to assist me with the documents that are rightfully mine. I wish there was a zero rating for this service. As I have sent numerous emails and phone calls and still nothing has been done about this problem I have.
