ABSA vechile department Pathetic service

I have absolutely received pathetic service from absa vehicle finance

Last year February 2021 i lost my wife due to covid 19 , i had contacted absa deceased department in March and got absolutely no joy with reaching deceased estate department . When i eventually had no option i had to put it onto hello peter and then only i was given a number to contact that was correct and someone answered . I liaised with a lady name Esethu Mbalo , and she reported a deceased estate etc , i had then emailed her and she clearly told me i can not get any further information until i give her a letter of authority from the master of the high court . Up until now i am awaiting the letter , i did email Esethu and clearly asked her can i make payments towards my wives account but no response from may last year until now so i left it awaiting the letter which was said there is a back log in the master of the high court i got proof to show i am awaiting the letter .

3 days ago , while at a meat shop i was tapped on my back by a gentleman asking if i am Mr D Pillay , i said yes i am and then i was told he is from absa bank repo department and he is here for my vehicle , to my surprise i could not understand because i was clearly not told to make payments even when i asked i did not receive a response .

i was humiliated in public by an ********* approach from a big company like ABSA bank , as a client i did was i know was protocol i followed procedure but unfortunatley the lady that assisted me could not understand her role and she sits in a high position with no knowledge . i did not get a phone call from absa bank requesting payment , no letter , no email , no one even came to my home i was approached at a public place which disgusts me for such a big well recognized bank .

Since then i received absolutley no corresspondence of where my vechile is gone to no company , no department has called me to date . I was given 10 days to make up the finances and then it goes onto auction shocking how now no one needs a letter of authority for a deceased estate .

i was given a few numbers by the guys who picked up the vechile and told they were responsile workers who would assist me . Its being 2 days since i am rrying to call them and the subscriber is unavailable . It shocks me to know a bank does not have proper workers or people who follow there jobs

i urge hello peter to please assist me in getting someone to help me

The numbers i was given is as follows :

Riaana Morgan *** Esethu Mbalo *** Amanda Simms ***

no answer at all

i even emailed esethu mbalo and hasnt gotten back to me

kindly assist me in urgence
