Absa Value bundle claim
My grandfather past away last week Monday as he had a cheque account benefit of R25 000 as it is shown on the website that it must be sent to *** and it will be paif into his account within 48 hours. I sent in everything required on friday only to here today that it has a turnaround of 30 buisness days. why is it then stated on the website that it will only take 48 hours. this is unacceptable. my email *** and his account number ***
