ABSA VAF ruining my credit history!!!!!!!

ABSA has been debiting my instalments late every month due to their system issues and have now decided to list their issues as missed payments on my name. I have called in multiple times to get this resolved, query why they have changed my debit date without my knowledge and i am getting nowhere! So reckless and inconsiderate of them to damage people's credit records due to their incompetence. No effort from their side to rectify their errors. Warning to those looking for financing - do not go with ABSA. It's a nightmare!!!
