Absa VAF legal department never updated my account after setting arrears, very negligent and ***********

I have a vehicle finance with absa, I was on arrears, then last month in December 2021 I paid all the arrears, now up-to-date, today 12 Jan 2021 I received a call from a person who says they are responsible for reposessing cars, he said he must come and fetch the vehicle or I must settle it today. No body from Absa legal contacted me to warn me or even communicate with me, there was never prior communication from Absa legal with me. After I paid my arrears they never updated my payment status, you call the Absa legal you don't get hold of anyone, even when you send emails they do not come back to you. Those handling the accounts never communicate. So now I am receiving a call from a person who collects the cars, no communication from anybody from Absa legal, they did not even email me the letter of demand so that I can know and be aware of the process. I am very shocked that after settling all my arrears they never updated my status, is like that payment never made a difference, the statement says the payment terms remaining is 9 month, I am not in arrears, but they want ro take the car
