ABSA VAF - how not to deal with customers.

In August 2020 I financed a vehicle through ABSA, they gave me two options. One was a fixed rate, the other a variable rate. I chose the fixed rate option. However, when they put the agreement together they very cleverly set it as a variable rate contract, but used the fixed rate (which was much higher). I checked the figure and was obviously around what I was expecting, but didnt check the contract to see whether it was a fixed or variable rate. Obviously as the interest rates have been stable for a long time, recently they changed and my installment went up... I have been trying to get ABSA to provide me with the two quotations, do you think I can get them to respond? I have spoken to very senior people, they just refer me to the signed contract... how to ***** money from a private banker... nice one.
