ABSA VAF Day Light ******* on an Unemployed Person

ABSA VAF I have paid R29600 and ABSA VAF never allocated the money to my account yet rather keep the cash onside and still charging me interest. The account outstanding never reduced but instead increased. The more I'm advising ABSA VAF via email to update the account tithe more I'm being g told funds will be allocated on my the next payment received. So the R29600 will never be added to my account and the items will never be dropped. When making large payments to the bank you outstanding is suppose to drop and not increase. But no ABSA is a robbing me as Unemployed person. My monthly is R2500,00 I have been paying triple the amount. And ABSA VAF refuse to correct my account nor give me a day to come it they office inorder for us to sort this out.

Ohhhh R5600 still never added to my account that was paid into your account I send the proof of payment and still no action.

Instead ABSA VAF is ready for the next debit on my account. Stop debating my account and start reading.
