ABSA VAF - Contact Details and Accounts Help!!!

I have tried calling absa numerous times from overseas using the following number to speak to collections and or debt review departments with no luck at all regarding paying my vehicle. The number dialled is +***2 and it keeps telling me to call during office hours. It's now 12:48 PM in South Africa and the line keeps telling me this. How do I get hold of someone that I can speak to about my account? Is there an alternative number to call when calling from overseas?
