Absa VAF :(
So I HAD a vehicle financed through ABSA. I contacted them and asked if we can re-evaluate my interest rate as it's fixed. Well after NUMEROUS calls to the call center which did not work properly and sending them documentation that they required, TILL TODAY no response (ABSA - everyone is busy due to COVID, not just you). Well, you lost a client. Vehicle is being refinanced by a 3-letter bank with 5% less interest. Go ahead, loose clients, I'm sure your share and stakeholders will love you once you announce retrenchments.
