Absa Vaal Mall & Highland Mall

On Sunday the 12th i left my check card in the ATM slot and on Wed Absa Vaal calles me that they have my card. On Thurs morning i went to Absa Vaal mall to collect only to be delayed and i had to complain about my time. After some time the lady who had called me(Lindiwe) Tried to help only to find out that the card had been destroyed. She then tried to issue me with another card, only to come to a point that the whole branch ddnt have check cards. I left and was on my way to Witbank. On arrival in Witbank after finishing my business i went to Absa Highland Mall. Also there i came across with the same problem, the consultant who attended to me after wasting time in queue ddnt have check cards. Tomorrow i will go to Absa Mayfair where i have conducted my business and have never came across any problems. Absa Vaal Mall & Highland Mall what u did is totally not Africanacity. Big ups to Mayfair, never experienced any problems.
