ABSA Vaal Mall Branch is out on 'LUNCH'!

@ ABSA Vaal Mall. Numours times we come to ABSA Vaal Mall to deposit cash into our business account. Each time they have only 1 person at a 8 counter area to do all the deposits. This is really unacceptable and not at all customer directed or driven. Each time; same excuse..."they are currently on lunch" or "short staffed"! ABSA Vaal Mall, really??? This is not what we expect of you. I'm starting to think our business (and others) are better off at another bank which will be more customer driver!!!
