ABSA **** utter **** service

ABSA service is absolutely shocking at their branches. 1st I went to Woodlands mall ABSA and had to site and wait for 2 hours with just 1 desk servicing about 20 people, I left. Today I went to Centurion mall ABSA and guess what...the exact same **** 1 person servicing about 25 people waiting for hours. Now there are more that 1 desk but just 1 person working, I left again. Then I went to Irene mall ABSA and this was even way worse. Standing outside in the hot sun with senior citizens having to stand with not seating provide. 5 people came out of the bank with no one in sight to regulate people to go in. Waited for 3 Hours outside of the bank not moving 1 position closer to the door. And all I want to do is to remove a cell number from the notify me on my online banking. I'm closing may accounts with ABSA as I do not have time for this african time mentality as they don't care about their customers and there are NO customer service. In Centurion mall at FNB their line was twice as long but serviced 3 times the outside line while not even moving 1 position at ABSA. I'm moving my account over to FNB. Tired of ABSA **** service as they have the mentality of they're doing you a favor to allow you to bank with them. What utter bull****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
