Absa using non-Absa number to call clients

I am so frustrated with Absa. We are constantly told NOT to give sensitive information to non-Absa numbers. Then Absa implemented an automated call service that generate 06*** numbers, thus impossible to verify if from Absa. I dont think Absa thought this through. Now, EVERY TIME I get calls from Absa, I have to call back and waste my airtime because somewhere in management they made a decision to do EXACTLY the opposite of what they tell us NOT to do to avoid *****? EXTREMELY frustrated client. I would like to have the stats on *****/spam calls from Absa in comparison to other companies. I have personally heard of MANY Absa customers being ****med via phone calls, and almost NONE from other companies.
