Absa useless service
I have an account at Absa. There is an unauthorised debit order on my account on a monthly basis. Despite numerous requests to them they refuse to put a stop to this. I wonder if they have a share with the third party. Seriously thinking of closing my account.

The transaction goes off on all different dates.
The amount is between R450 - R500.
There should be NO DEBIT ORDERS on this account at all as this is a business account
I've went to the Southdale branch to get this stopped , they keep saying that they cannot stop the debit order but can only reverse it . I am disappointed with the service i'm receiving from absa as this is going on for the past 3 years and other banks are capable of stopping debit orders.
