ABSA / Useless

I have sent various emails and made calls to ABSA in regards to paid up letters. A big financial institution as them to struggle with providing me paid up letters to credit card accounts which were paid is totally unacceptable. Thobile Hadebe Still waiting on you, not too sure how long your 2/3 days are... but still waiting.

The below shows the incompetence from this orginaztion. I do not want excuses from them if they going to call me.... I just want them to send me 2 letters, thats all. #useless
