ABSA USELESS BROKERS

<p>The broker that we are using at ABSA is completely useless. We are waiting 2 months for an insurance claim to pay out. Yes every month they want your money and the day you claim it takes 2 months, this is pathetic. Everyday we phone they give us a different answer. Obviously this will not be sorted out soon , this is ABSA we are talking about. as long as they get their salary they are happy. If you want insurance DO NOT DO IT through ABSA.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
