Absa Useless bank
They are the must useless bank ever. My mother just changed her cellphone and she is trying to log in on her cellphone Banking app and now they say there was n sim swap performed on her number. After talking 5 different people for almost 4 hours about this issue and now they escalated it to a different department and the she has to wait 24-48 hours to gain access.
We also tried to reset the Password as they said we have to do it caused to lock the app and now she cant access there banking app.
We definitely are going to move to a other bank and I will not recommend anybody ever to use Absa bank for anything.
