ABSA Useless as always

ABSA Why will your appointed attorneys be phoning me about my Active cheque account? Then they are also rude when they want me to confirm my details and I'm telling them that I cannot just give any one my details as I was hacked about 10 times already being an ABSA Client. And every time I get hacked I need to pay for new cards. They can't even tell me what it's about but expect me to share details? This is seriously A joke like always when dealing with you. Last time I told you guys that you will force me to close my back account with you. Looks like that's the only way forward for me.
