Absa useless app and exhorbitant fees

The absa app and its contact centre *** agents are damn inefficient. You cannot get an unstamped previous month statement and my attempts to get clarity is futile. Even tried emails to the technical unit for the app and they only acknowledge and never respond. Yet this bank charges exhorbitant internet fees linked to the app. I just paid R150.00 per month. It's a damn ******* as app dont work. On top of this u pay monthly fees for admin of R29.00
