Absa useless and doesn't care about it's customers

I have logged a claim on Moday regarding my electricity faulty up until today I have not been assisted but I'm paying the insurance every month, I don't know what is wrong with ABSA , every time I log a claim I have to suffer like this, this is unacceptable, maybe is because I'm black.
