Absa - Useless

I am trying to restructure my payments for my motor vehicle. I have followed all the instructions and sent an email. Nobody ever gets back to me. I have followed up 3 times in 7 days. It's like nobody works there. Covid-19 retrenchments have affected my income and it is urgent. Absa is so useless. No wonder the articles all say Absa is losing clients. They just don't care. I wish I never financed my vehicle through them I will never make that mistake again.
