ABSA useless

I am seriously doubting ABSA bank as I am fed-up with their nonsense. I transferred R600 from African Bank on 20/02/26 and there was a technical failure. However, the money still deducted. I then lodged a query, and the money was reversed within an hour. I then proceeded to make an instant payment again and it went through successfully, but it is not showing in my ABSA account. I contacted them again. and the conversation just goes back and forth between Absa and African bank. One blaming the next. African bank says that their "finance team" states that the money went through. ABSA states that it is African bank's issue and that they are just the receiver. The lady I spoke to at ABSA was extremely rude and condescending. I want my R600 back or I will be lodging a complaint with the banking ombudsman. Someone needs to trace this "missing money". I do not understand why it is so hard to take accountability. You cannot just say it went through and there is nothing to do.
