Absa useless
Someone has been making deductions monthly from my account without my permission (monthly debit). This has been going on for over a year. I contacted ABSA, and this is a **** Company With a out of service number. ABSA says they cant perminently stop these **** monthly deductions nor can I be refunded for all my Money. They can only do it for the current month, and nothing before or after, AND I have to pay R30plus for them to make the reversal, PLUS I also have to pay R50 to Call ABSA as Im abroad sometimes. I give up on ABSA for not better pprotecting their customers, even after a **** has been idenitfied. We know the Company taking my Money, so why cant you Block them forever, and also refund me my Money????
