ABSA unwilling to assist

I have been a loyal client of ABSA for many years. I had to relocate in Aug 2017 for Gauteng to Port Elizabeth due to health issues with my son. In the time living in Port Elizabeth with no job I tried to keep my account, credit card and loan up to date as well as possible. I didn’t find employment at all and therefor I started to fall behind on payments. Now I am employed but my salary doesn’t “allow” me to make full payments to all the different account that I need to pay as I need to pay school fees and activities at school and transportation. At the rate that all the accounts keep accumulating interest I will never be able to catch up on payments. Is there a way that you can assist me in freezing the account for it not to accumulate interest on the cheque account and loan? I urgently need assistance with this as I am not getting an increase, and this means I will not be able to pay more on my accounts. I truly need assistance and when ever I speak to the call centre I am not assisted, Unwilling to assist seems to be a norm with ABSA.
