ABSA Unsafe Ct Card Deliver Practice

On 22 March I received a call from a delivery company to deliver my renewed ct card to my office - I said that is fine but please ensure it is delivered to me personally - the lady on the phone argued with me and said it was not necessary as the ct cars was secured without a pin and they could deliver to anyone -! I said no please DO NOT deliver to anyone but me - after some more resistance she agreed I will be called prior to delivery. I got delivery on the 23rd - a phone call from the courier guy ~ 12 - I said I will be around till 13h00 to receive. At 13 h30 I called him back and asked where my card is - he said he delivered it to the front desk (of a 25000 employee company)/ I was on my way to a holiday - rushed back to the company and after2 hours located my card - the card was not secure it had the cvv number at the back and anyone could have used it on line if they found it (no pin required!). That said on the 1st of April my ct card was wiped out and all the money on my card was taken to the cent (by some arbitrary UK website)! - I am devastated -- ABSA ***** line was contacted on my return from holiday - Lost nearly R12K - may not be related but I am suspicious!
