ABSA unresolved ***** case ***1

Good day I hope this email finds you well. My ABSA account was compromised by an ABSA agent. The document attached to this email will give details however, a prior ***** case was already logged. The case reference number is: ***1. This is a matter of urgency and needs to be resolved because it was an ABSA agent acting on behalf of ABSA and de*****ing me out of two very large sums of money transactions of R2400 and R3217.77. This money needs to be reversed without fees or the banks needs to refund my client through your bank’s gesture of goodwill.

This matter was raised with ABSA on the 21 December till today no response.

It frustrating as this funds were committed for other household expenses.
