Absa ********l debit deduction

My car which was financed through Absa vehicle finance was written off around a month ago. Outsurance being an awesome company paid out the full amount very quickly, My father who has power of attorney over my affairs and who is acting on my behalf since I am sitting in Hong Kong paid the full outstanding amount on my car finance out to Absa. He called numerous times and after not receiving any assistance from Absa he gave them my number twice and asked them to contact me. From my side I emailed them 3 times to request debit orders be ceased as I owe them nothing an in fact there would be a positive balance they would have to pay me they also never responded and never sent me a balance of the account as I requested. Today the debit order for the car which has been paid off went out of my account which ****ed up my credit as i didnt have enough money in my south african account to pay the money thus sending me into an overdraft. The service level from Absa is ridiculous they dont answer calls they dont respond to emails and their unwilling to assist even if someone goes in person but theyre very eager to debit accounts which owe them no money.

Ridiculous.... If someone from Absa reads this contact me immdediately on + ********** 7311 of ********** I need the debit reveresed and all funds owed to me paid back immediately. Cease all activity on account ********** 9. This is just the type of service a South African based bank would provide thank **** ive moved to FNB the only competent bank left.
