Absa ******** debit order in favour of absa life

I recently discovered a debit order of R213 in favour of absa life from my savings account. I was never consulted or agreed to whatever policy thus may be. I sent emails and tried calling with no luck. Got through a branch though and they reckon I must come in. This is day light *******. I managed to reverse 1 but dont know how many deductions took place to date. Their service getting bad .

I accept the credit life amount on the credit card as I was consulted on this. They must refund my money
