Absa unkept promise

I recently phoned the ABSA card call centre to ask a question wnet through my security check and the con****ant then asked a lot of other stupid questions and told me that I failed my security check. Asked to speak to a supervisor and merely got music played in my ear. Then I sent a written complaont and received a email with case numer and a undertaking that I'll be contacted withojn8 business hours. Hours and hours later and no rrsponse!
