ABSA unit Trust won't give my money

I have been saving for my daughter's University education for more than 10 years with ABSA unit trusts. Select equity. Now she is at University i have to pay her registration fee and tried to redeem units. I did the the transaction (selling/redeeming units) more than a week ago. And the money is still not in her account. We went onto Internet banking. The transaction is not even showing. It just shows my account is less than what it was. Where is my money Absa. It should not take 2 weeks to redeem unit trusts. I am very upset At least acknowledge the transaction. But total silence is makes me very nervous.
