Absa unfair practices journal debits

Absa is now starting to be the worst bank to bank with. High banking charges, and always issues with them. On August 30th 2025 an amount of R8121.65 was debited on my account as a journal debit. This amount they say went to my personal loan account. This is unfair and ******* practice as this far exceeds my debicheck mandate. This money should be Reversed immediately. I will be looking into moving to another bank as this impacts people's livelyhood
