Absa unexplained charges
Absa has become ************* by charging fees on account without any explanation, and when you query it with the branch even they csnt explain it, especially when im charged over R550 in bank charges for replacement cards that we not issued neither requested, and when you ask the agent can you please advise where these cards were issued or replaced they can't answer, very unhappy client as I've paid R1100 in charges in a period of 3 weeks, can someone senior please provide me with an explanation, as I'm now forwarding my query to the ombudsman, cause clearly absa is now committing a crime
