ABSA = ********* business practices

Scratch and dent cover with ABSA insurance. I logged a claim under the policy. I went to one of the other companies they are associated with as this was the closes to where I live. The auto body repairer quoted me for an amount of R7069.87 for the respray of front and back bumper+ a scratch on the side . I went on my own to another auto body repairer for a second quote not on the list provided by ABSA , they quoted me R4100.00 I am still awaiting the assessment report form ABSA as I requested to view it. I would rather prefer that they pay the R2000 that the policy covers and I will then pay the rest as I would rather make use of an auto body repairer of my own choice

NO. The matter is not resolved as questions I had could not be answered diligently. The matter would only be resolved once all queries and questions regarding the matter is answered, perhaps you could refer me to someone who could within your company. I belief that would be helpful.

Your are extremely unhelpful as this excise is just a waist of time. I have provided you with the reference number of the case. I suggest you not inquire about my ID number as the reference number is sufficient enough. What you are currently doing is just to keep me idle thinking the matter will resolve. Make use of the reference number to follow up on the case if you really intend on helping to resolve the case.
